Laura is nine years old and lives with her family in Alfaz del Pi, a small town in Spain. Three years ago, she began her transition to leave behind the identity of Óscar and become the girl she is today. Now, her dream is to make her First Communion. Driven by this desire, Adriana, Laura’s mother, begins preparing for the big day. Óscar, her father, struggles to adapt to this situation, still carrying the memory and nostalgia of the child who is no longer there. In this struggle, situations arise that evoke that past, turning seemingly simple moments into a need for reaffirmation. Laura is about to face adolescence, and with it, a series of changes that will mark a new path for her and her family, full of uncertainty and the fear that each decision will be definitive.
