Marcela Lizcano is a director and creative producer. Her documentary feature “Aislados” participated in over 30 festivals and won more than 6 international awards. She directed the short films: “La vida ej así” in the Werner Herzog author workshop at the EICTVAntes del mar”, “enterrados” and “Retratos”Along with the IOM and the Center for Memory, she made the documentaryMujeres en resistencia”With her company Viceversa Cineshe develops and produces works with an auteur vision related to new media, art, and human rights, including the feature films “A Loss Of Something Ever Felt” de Carlos Lesmes which premiered at HOTDOCS 2020 “Suspensión” by Simón Uribe, which premiered at IDFA 2019, and the virtual reality project in co-production with Canada, COLLAB VR exhibited at NEXT CANNES 2018. She is currently a workshop leader for the rolling cinematheque, the ENACC, and the impact workshops taught by DOC:CO LABS."
