Tato (17) is a directionless orphan, a young rap enthusiast. Along with his friends Pitu (18) and La Crespa (16), he seeks to resist and find an alternative to death and crime through the art of hip-hop and street freestyle battles. Tato must flee his neighborhood. His only option is to leave the city and live with Octavio (78), his grandfather, a florist whom he doesn’t know, and who wants to pass on his rural tradition. Two generations, two ways of life, and a constant feeling of loss, death, and loneliness shape Tato’s life as he struggles to survive and find his own identity.
