Diana Ramos Medina began her career in production on several feature films such as Karma by Orlando Pardo (2004) and Los Viajes del Viento by Ciro Guerra (2008). She studied at the Universidad del Magdalena in Santa Marta, where she graduated in 2013, and attended the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba (EICTV) in 2008. She produced the short film Un juego de niños by Jacques Toulemonde, which won third place at the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival in France in 2011. In 2014, she produced her first feature film Anna by Jacques Toulemonde, which won the production funding from the Centre National de la Cinématographie (CNC) in France in 2012 and the Stimulus for Feature Film Production from the Fondo de Desarrollo Cinematográfico (FDC) in 2013, as well as No Todo es Vigilia by Hermes Paralluelo, which won the Stimulus for Feature Film Production from the FDC in 2013 and was part of the official selection of the San Sebastián Film Festival. She is the founder of Janus Films Colombia, a company where she develops the feature film projects Cariño, the second film by Jacques Toulemonde, and Modelo estéreo, a documentary feature by Mario Grande. Currently, Diana Ramos has eleven years of experience in the field of production.
