"Rebel Love" is a love story between two former fighters of the Colombian guerrilla group FARC-EP. Six years ago, they met in the ranks of the guerrilla movement and fell in love.
During the war, being a couple was almost impossible. They were assigned different missions, and having a relationship was considered a privilege beyond their rank. The revolutionary struggle always came before personal interests. Now, after laying down their arms and integrating into civilian life, their future remains uncertain.
As they face everyday life, reconnecting with their families, and in some cases fearing for their safety, they discover that love in the real world is not so simple. Their daily life is filled with a mixture of fear and hope, and for better or worse, they have decided to walk this uncertain path together.
